BD SELECT in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations from our Sharjah base. Qualifications

10+ years in finance with 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CFO or Finance Director.
Experience in sourcing, distribution, or related industries (preferably fragrance/packaging).
Proficient in SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily financial functions including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
Develop and oversee a 5-year financial plan aligned with company goals.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and scenario planning to support business growth.
Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support executive decision-making.
Collaborate across departments to integrate financial planning with operational activities.
Monitor supplier agreements from a financial perspective to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee audit preparations and ensure adherence to governance standards.
