Job summary

zypl.ai, a fast-scaling AI/fintech company, seeks a CFO to own the full financial function across UAE/DIFC and international markets. You will lead FP&A, capital markets activities, and financial controls while partnering with the CEO and board.

You will drive fundraising from Series A onwards, build investor relations, and shape pricing, unit economics, and capital allocation as the company expands across regions. UAE base preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven CFO-level experience in Series A+ startups.
• Experience building FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
• Direct fundraising experience including Series A/B rounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to support high growth.
• Own fundraising execution with the CEO; prepare data rooms and investor materials.
• Build and manage investor relations, reporting, and board communications.
