Job summary

VentureX General Trading LLC in United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to shape financial strategy, lead treasury operations, and drive profitability across trading and industrial units.

The role requires CA, 15+ years in finance with 5+ years in senior leadership, strong international trade finance experience, and ERP-driven reporting. You will oversee taxation, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and cross-entity consolidation to support market expansion.

Qualifications

• CA chartered accountant certified by ICAP/ICAI/ICAEW or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in international trade finance (LCs, import/export financing, bank guarantees)
• Proven track record securing bank credit facilities and managing multi‑entity treasury
• Extensive knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and statutory reporting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with expansion plans and commercial objectives
• Oversee monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Manage treasury, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and funding requirements
• Lead trade finance activities including LC management, import/export financing, and foreign exchange exposure
• Identify, structure, and secure financing for plant, machinery, and capital expenditure
• Establish robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE taxation and regulatory standards across entities
• Monitor margins, operating expenses, and profitability by product, customer, and business unit
• Strengthen ERP usage and financial reporting processes for accuracy and transparency
• Lead and develop the finance team and drive efficient reporting cycles
• Collaborate with management on market expansion, capital needs, and business risks
