HiredAbhi in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Vice President of Finance to drive financial strategy and investor alignment across a fast-scaling, multi-vertical group. The role requires a CA/CPA and 12+ years of experience, including leadership and investor-backed exposure.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and controls, while partnering with the CEO to shape strategic growth and capital allocation. A strong governance framework and team-building focus are essential.

Formación

• Qualified CA/CPA.
• Minimum 12 years with at least 5 years in leadership role.
• Prior experience working within investor-backed or high-growth companies is highly desirable.
• Strong command over financial modeling, reporting, ERP systems and board-level communication.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end finance function including budgeting, forecasting, compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions and commercial growth initiatives.
• Establish robust MIS and reporting structures for performance tracking and investor updates.
• Oversee treasury management, working capital efficiency and capital allocation.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are scalable and compliant with local/international standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Build and mentor finance team capable of supporting an expanding operational footprint.
