Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a Group Head of Finance based in Dubai to lead all finance and accounting activities for a fast-moving trading business.

You will own budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, while partnering with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Management to optimize profitability and cash conversion. The role requires a strong track record in senior finance leadership and deep UAE regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications preferred (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA).
• 10+ years in senior finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Finance and Accounting function of the company.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial reports, and management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Lead banking relationships and finance facilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Lead the Finance Team and manage confidential information.
