Job summary

Aqary Investment and Development is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology team in Abu Dhabi. You will gather and document business and system requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, write user stories, and support UAT and testing across CRM, PBX, WhatsApp, HRMS, and portals.

You will work with developers and QA to clarify requirements, analyze workflows, and maintain up-to-date process diagrams and documentation throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and software systems.
• Experience working with developers, QA, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, workflow analysis, UAT, and functional testing.
• Basic understanding of APIs, REST, JSON/XML, and SQL.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, Real Estate Technology, Cloud Applications, or system integrations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Analyze systems, modules, workflows, and business processes.
• Identify system gaps, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create Process Flows, As-Is / To-Be Workflows, and system diagrams.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, webhooks, and data flows.
• Work with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Prepare and support UAT scenarios and functional testing.
• Analyze systems such as CRM, PBX, WhatsApp, HRMS, Portals, Websites, and Mobile Applications.
• Maintain accurate and updated system and process documentation.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams throughout the development process.
