Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Business Continuity Senior Manager to lead and enhance its BCM program in Abu Dhabi. The role develops, implements, and maintains continuity frameworks, ensuring preparedness for disruptions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate cross-department efforts, lead exercises, and support audits while reporting BCM readiness to senior management.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book) required.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Strong understanding of BCM principles, risk assessment, business impact analysis, and crisis management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the BCM framework across the organization.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, maintain, and test business continuity, crisis management, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate BCM activities and initiatives across departments and key stakeholders.
• Lead business continuity exercises, training sessions, and awareness programs.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Prepare reports and updates on BCM readiness and resilience for senior management.
