Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a Senior Specialist – Business Resilience to lead the BCM framework and lifecycle across the organization. You will develop BIAs, maintain BCPs, and plan tests and drills to ensure preparedness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in BCM, resilience, crisis management, or ERM, with knowledge of ISO 22301/31000 and strong analytical skills. On-site, full-time role in UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Business Resilience, Crisis Management, or Enterprise Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience with BIA/BCP development, testing, exercises and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of ERM principles and practices.
• ISO 22301 and ISO 31000 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the BCM framework and lifecycle across the organization.
• Develop, review and maintain BIAs and BCPs.
• Plan and coordinate continuity tests, exercises and drills.
• Support Crisis Management preparedness, documentation and response activities.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain resilience policies and supporting documentation.
• Monitor compliance with resilience standards.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations on resilience.
• Support awareness, training, and ERM activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or a related field
