Job summary

Miral Experiences is a leading regional operator of immersive attractions. The Business Continuity Senior Manager will develop and maintain BCM frameworks, lead risk assessments, and coordinate resilience initiatives across Abu Dhabi's premier entertainment destinations. UAE Nationals only, with a family book required.

The role focuses on preparedness, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement to safeguard operations and guest experiences within a large, complex organization.

Qualifications

• UAE National Family Book is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Strong understanding of BCM principles, risk assessment, business impact analysis and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the BCM framework across the organization.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, maintain and test business continuity, crisis management and recovery plans.
• Coordinate BCM activities across departments and key stakeholders.
• Lead BCM exercises, training sessions and awareness programs.
• Support audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Prepare reports on BCM readiness and resilience for senior management.

Role Overview

Miral Experiences is seeking a Business Continuity Senior Manager to lead and enhance the organization s Business Continuity Management BCM program This role will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining business continuity frameworks ensuring the organization is prepared to effectively respond to and recover from operational disruptions while meeting regulatory and industry requirements

Key Responsibilities
