Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior leader to own and advance the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across the Group. You will serve as the Group Technical Authority and SME, guiding strategy, governance, and integration with ERM, crisis management, and emergency response.

You will collaborate with Group Companies, government entities, and critical partners to embed a proactive culture of preparedness, ensure regulatory compliance, and build BCM capabilities across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering such as mechanical, industrial or equivalent.
• 10 years’ operational oil/gas or petrochemical experience with at least 8 years in emergency/crisis/BCM.
• Strong knowledge of BCM standards and best practices (NCEMA 7000, ISO 22301, NFPA 1600).
• Professional certifications in BCM (BCI/DRII or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of ADNOC Group BCM standards and frameworks.
• Act as Group Technical Authority (GTA) and SME for Business Continuity.
• Conduct risk assessments and BIAs to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.
• Develop and maintain BCM and Disaster Recovery Plans across ADNOC Group entities.
• Lead BCM testing, exercises, and assurance activities with regulatory alignment.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and report to CEOs and directors.
• Coach and develop BCM professionals and embed a culture of resilience.
