Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Specialist - Business Continuity to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the BCM framework across the Group.

You will serve as Group Technical Authority, align BCM with enterprise risk management, oversee risk assessments, business impact analyses, recovery planning, and testing programmes, while engaging with regulators and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of operational experience in oil & gas, with 8+ years in emergency management or BCM.
• Strong knowledge of BC frameworks, governance, and resilience requirements.
• Familiarity with NCEMA 7000, ISO 22301, ISO 22313, and NFPA 1600.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve ADNOC Group-wide BCM standards.
• Ensure alignment of BCM with UAE regulations and international practices.
• Serve as the Group Technical Authority for BCM.
• Lead risk assessments, Business Impact Analyses, and recovery planning.
• Oversee BCM testing programs, drills, and tabletop exercises.
• Provide BCM governance and assurance across Group Companies and functions.
• Report on BCM performance to senior executives and regulators.
