List International Group seeks an experienced Business Analyst / Stakeholder to translate business needs into actionable requirements for cross-functional teams in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Onsite, with a focus on real estate-related processes, you will engage with stakeholders, document BRDs/FRDs, and facilitate UAT.

You will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and management, ensuring requirements align with business goals.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Identify gaps in business processes and propose improvements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with product/technology teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
