Job summary

List International in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements for technical and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will excel in requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, UAT support, and documentation, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience in real estate platforms and Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong requirements gathering & analysis experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and specs.
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
• Identify gaps in business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with product, technology, and operations to ensure alignment.
• Support UAT including test scenarios and defect tracking.
• Manage changes, dependencies, and risks throughout the project.
• Produce reports and documentation for management.
