NorthBay LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Arabic speaker) to lead requirements gathering and analysis across complex IT transformation projects on-site. You will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, support solution definition, and ensure traceability from discovery to deployment.

The role requires 8+ years IT BA experience, fluent Arabic, strong English communication, and robust stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years IT BA experience.
Experience in requirements gathering, requirements management, business process analysis, and solution definition.
Experience in Arabic and English bilingual environments; fluent Arabic mandatory.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with business owners and IT teams.
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain BRDs, SRSs, process models, BPMN diagrams, UML diagrams, use cases, and other BA artifacts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and compliance with government standards.
Collaborate with solution architects, QA teams, and project managers to support solution validation and traceability.
