ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Bancatakaful Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships across ADIB Group entities and external B2B channels in Abu Dhabi. You will drive revenue growth, optimize partner performance, and expand Bancatakaful distribution while ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role requires extensive relationship management, market insight, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across banking, insurance, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of Bancatakaful, Insurance, and Financial Services market dynamics.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, evaluation and development of Bancatakaful distribution opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
• Negotiate and manage partnership arrangements and terms with stakeholders.
• Drive integration and optimization of Bancatakaful products across channels and touchpoints.
• Oversee channel initiatives to maximize performance and engagement.
• Act as primary contact for assigned partners with governance and issue resolution.
