Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial services field.
• Strong understanding of Bancatakaful, Insurance, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulatory requirements, and risks.
• Proven partnership management and business development abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and development of Bancatakaful distribution opportunities across ADIB and external partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
• Negotiate partnership terms, service levels, and operational requirements.
• Drive integration and optimization of Bancatakaful products across channels.
• Oversee campaigns and strategic projects to maximize performance and engagement.
• Maintain governance and resolve operational or business issues with partners.
