Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Senior IC in Abu Dhabi to handle proposals for adding or updating companies on the approved list, performing policy and market evaluations, and coordinating with risk and stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning, multitasking and clear communication. Candidates should have 3.5+ years in retail banking and be willing to travel within the UAE and to ADIB's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• 2.5 years in portfolio analysis, credit policy or market surveys.
• 3.5 years in retail banking front line sales or back office support.

Responsibilities

• Proposals to add/update ADIB's approved list of companies after evaluating policy and market studies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Credit Policy Risk for timely updates and execution.
• Track proposal status and provide MIS updates to management and stakeholders.
• Assist senior management with additional tasks related to listing engagements and relationships.
