ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Bancatakaful Portfolio Manager to drive performance, governance, and risk control across the Bancatakaful portfolio. You will oversee provider performance, SLA adherence, and audit readiness while delivering clear, actionable management reporting.

The role focuses on building dashboards, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with partners to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

Detailed understanding of Takaful / Insurance products.
Teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for management reporting and business review decks.
Experience with RCSA frameworks, audit processes, and BCM/BCP methodology.
Good problem-solving skills, particularly for product and process gap analysis.
Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Time management skills and ability to work under pressure across multiple parallel deliverables.

Responsibilities

Manage the Bancatakaful product portfolio end-to-end with performance tracking and governance.
Oversee SLA governance of Takaful Providers and ensure audit readiness.
Prepare management reporting, business review decks, and KPI dashboards.
Monitor portfolio performance against targets and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate department training plans and support new product launches.
Handle internal, external, and regulatory audits and risk controls.
