Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a proactive Events Coordinator to engage with exhibitors, buyers and investors in our Meetings Programme, identifying their meeting needs and objectives.

You will conduct outbound calls and emails to drive participation, profile participants, and propose matching companies, coordinating requests and securing mutual acceptance. This role requires strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to meet daily targets while using Microsoft 365 and meeting platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in B2B events, delegate acquisition or telesales preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls and daily KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with registered exhibitors, buyers and investors to identify their meeting requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to encourage participation in Meetings Programme.
• Profile participants and identify suitable meeting matches based on intent, sectors, products, markets and business interests.
• Propose relevant companies and profiles for meetings.
• Coordinate meeting requests between participants and secure mutual acceptance.
• Schedule and confirm meetings through the designated meetings platform.
• Follow up consistently with participants to maximise meeting confirmations and attendance.
