Confidential Company is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships and conduct market research. You will support growth across construction, manufacturing, industrial, and other B2B sectors.

You will manage pipelines, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions. Strong English (Mandarin preferred) and UAE market experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3–5 years in Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred.
• UAE market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a healthy BD pipeline through networking, prospecting and lead generation.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
