GRG, a leading investment organization in Abu Dhabi, is hiring for Strategy & Asset Allocation to support senior investment leadership across strategy, asset allocation and strategic planning. The role suits a management consulting background (MBB/top-tier) or an investment strategy professional from a sovereign wealth fund or large asset manager, with UAE experience and readiness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Strategy or Asset Management.
Experience advising Sovereign Wealth Funds or large institutional investors on asset allocation.
Strong analytical, financial modelling and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to portfolio strategy, investment planning or asset allocation.
Must be based in the UAE with UAE experience and open to relocating to Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Support strategic planning and asset allocation across multi-asset investment portfolios.
Monitor portfolio exposures, capital allocation and rebalancing activities.
Work closely with investment teams on portfolio performance, risk and liquidity.
Support investment governance, strategic consulting projects and senior leadership reporting.
