GRG, Abu Dhabi-headquartered investment firm, seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead the entire HR function. The role requires strategic leadership, change management, and hands-on execution across workforce planning, talent management, performance, reward, and employee relations.

Based in Abu Dhabi (ADGM), you will report to the CEO and partner with senior leaders to ensure HR is a strategic business partner.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent).
• CIPD or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience leading HR in complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and compliance.
• Fluent written/spoken English; Arabic a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver the people strategy and HR plan aligned to business growth.
• Advise senior leadership on succession, talent review, and leadership development.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment standards and performance management.
• Oversee reward programmes, governance, and HR operations.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and data-driven HR insights.
• Develop HR governance, compliance, and reporting across the function.
