Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Program Manager – Strategic Account (Israel) with EMENA-based operations and frequent travel to Israel. You will act as the SPOC for all Vertiv deliverables, bridging internal coordination and external governance to ensure delivery from deployment through lifecycle handover.

Operating under a Hypercare principle, you will drive accountability and proactive resolution across workstreams, while maintaining transparent communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant to technical program management and account leadership.
• Strong governance and quality management familiarity.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for senior customer stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end accountability for Israel-based deployments and programmes.
• Lead governance reviews, RCA, KPI tracking, and CAPA verification.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Vertiv Business Units.
• Manage communications and escalation handling across regions.

Education

HND minimum in mechanical or electrical engineering
