Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead others to achieve goals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and presenting to groups.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Monitor team schedules and coordinate critical path activities.
• Provide executive-level program updates to senior management and sponsors.
• Develop reporting to track schedule and cost.
• Identify issues and drive decisions to prevent delays.
• Identify risks and prepare contingency plans.
• Ensure projects follow NPDi process.
• Assist project team members as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
