Job summary

Vertiv in Dubai seeks a Sr. Director for EMEA Power Product Management to own the regional portfolio strategy across eight product lines.

You will lead a team of Product Line Managers and collaborate with Global Business Units to translate market needs into funded roadmaps. The role requires deep power-system expertise, strategic influence, and a strong focus on AI-driven growth, lead times, and regional go-to-market alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 12–15 years in product management or product marketing leadership in power/critical infrastructure markets.
• Technical fluency across MV/LV distribution, UPS, energy storage and power software & controls.
• Proven track record negotiating roadmap priorities and securing investment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen: pricing, inventory and margins.

Responsibilities

• Define the EMEA Power product vision and multi-year portfolio strategy with regional leadership.
• Build and lead a team of Product Line Managers for regional roadmaps and performance.
• Represent regional requirements to global R&D and funding forums to influence plans.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle management for eight product lines across the region.
• Lead AI-enabled market analysis and decision-making to accelerate roadmap and pricing.
