Job summary

PIMCO, a global leader in active fixed income, is seeking an Account Manager in the United Arab Emirates to promote its full suite of products and build strong client relationships across external clients. You will collaborate with marketing, PR, sales support, product specialists and portfolio managers to ensure cohesive coverage and strategic communication of performance and market outlook.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investments and financial markets, especially fixed income and alternatives.
• Familiarity with wealth management and financial intermediary sales; excellent relationship management and presentation skills.
• CFA / MBA qualification desirable; IMC / undergraduate degree minimum requirement.
• Knowledge of MEA markets and fluent Arabic skills would be a plus.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong work ethic – autonomous, able to work in a team and at pace.

Responsibilities

• Promote PIMCO’s full range of products to external clients through personal presentation and one-to-one client meetings.
• Work in partnership with marketing, PR, sales support, product specialists and portfolio managers to ensure comprehensive coverage of the target market.
• Maintain client records and establish longstanding client relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Provide an outstanding client experience with a focus on client needs in line with the company’s policies and expectations.
• Ensure compliance, audit and legal requirements are met and business is conducted properly.
