TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC within the UAE seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily store and warehouse operations across multiple projects. You will supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of fit-out materials including gypsum, MDF, timber, paints, ceilings, and MEP items, ensuring accurate ERP documentation.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics with 5–8 years UAE experience in store/warehouse management, and solid knowledge of ERP
Manage daily store and warehouse operations supporting multiple projects across the UAE Supervise the receiving inspection storage and issuing of fit-out materials including gypsum MDF timber paints ceiling accessories joinery materials lighting fixtures and MEP consumables Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and ensure proper documentation of GRNs delivery notes material issue notes and purchase references Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies Prepare monthly stock reports and maintain records required for internal finance and ISO audits Coordinate material deliveries and dispatches to project sites according to project schedules and installation requirements Track materials issued to project teams and subcontractors and ensure unused or surplus materials are returned and recorded Coordinate with Procurement suppliers project managers and site teams regarding material availability delivery schedules shortages and incorrect or damaged supplies Ensure proper storage identification segregation and protection of materials against heat humidity dust and damage Monitor material consumption wastage non-moving stock and expired materials and recommend corrective actions Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals adhesives thinners and other hazardous materials in accordance with applicable requirements Maintain warehouse housekeeping safety signage fire safety equipment MSDS SDS documentation and appropriate PPE practices Ensure safe forklift operations and verify that operators meet applicable training and licensing requirements Supervise storekeepers helpers and forklift operators and monitor attendance discipline productivity and compliance with company procedures Support stock audits identify process gaps and implement improvements in warehouse layout inventory accuracy and material control Verify material specifications and required product approvals against approved project requirements before escalating discrepancies to the department concerned
