Job summary

Al Reef Project LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Storekeeper to manage daily inventory of construction materials, tools, equipment, and office supplies. You will receive, inspect, store and issue materials according to approved requests.

You should have a valid UAE driving license and proven experience in storekeeping and inventory management, with strong skills in Excel and Word, and clear communication to coordinate with suppliers and site teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily inventory records of construction materials tools equipment and office supplies
• Receive inspect store and issue materials according to approved requests
• Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory management
• Have good knowledge of construction materials including electrical plumbing civil and MEP materials
• Prepare material requisitions stock reports delivery records and inventory statements
• Maintain and update inventory records using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about low-stock or required materials
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding material availability collection and delivery
• Collect construction materials from supplier shops whenever required using a company vehicle
• Assist the procurement and site teams with material arrangements and other store-related activities
• Maintain proper organization cleanliness and documentation of the store
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications Skills

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Good knowledge of construction materials
• Previous experience in storekeeping and inventory management
• Good computer knowledge especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication coordination and record-keeping skills
• Helpful flexible responsible and willing to support other departments whenever required
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
