Job summary

Sephora seeks a Store Technology Engineer to deliver remote and on-site technology support for Sephora stores across the UAE region. You will manage store infrastructure, network connectivity, POS hardware, and store-specific applications, ensuring stable operations.

The role requires 7+ years in IT support or store tech operations, strong vendor coordination, and English fluency; Arabic and French are a plus. Experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-site environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in IT support or store technology operations.
• English communication mandatory; Arabic and French are a plus.
• Retail environment experience preferred; strong client focus and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-field technology support for Sephora stores across the region.
• Maintain store infrastructure, LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, access points and POS hardware.
• Support store openings, renovations, and infrastructure refreshes; ensure handover to operations.
• Manage IT assets, incident handling, vendor coordination, and business continuity activities.
