Job summary

Sephora in the UAE seeks a Store Technology Engineer to provide remote and in-field tech support for stores across the region. You will manage store infrastructure, network connectivity, POS hardware, and back-office equipment while coordinating with vendors and local IT teams to ensure stable operations.

The role covers store openings, refurbishments, asset tracking, and ensuring high service levels. Fluency in English is required; Arabic and French are a plus for regional operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT support or store technology operations.
• Strong understanding of store networks, POS environments and infrastructure.
• Experience with vendor coordination and procurement processes in ME region is a plus.
• English communication mandatory; Arabic and French are a real plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in-field technology support for Sephora stores in UAE region.
• Set up, support and maintain store technology including POS terminals and network devices.
• Collaborate with IT, network, security, and vendor teams to troubleshoot store connectivity and outages.
• Manage asset administration, incident escalation, and business continuity tasks.
