Job summary

Sephora UAE is seeking a Store Technology Engineer to deliver remote and in‑field tech support for Sephora stores across the region, focusing on store infrastructure, networks, POS hardware, and back‑office equipment.

You will partner with local IT teams and vendors to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing store technology operations, supporting openings, renovations, asset management, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT support or store technology operations.
• Experience in retail/multi-site environments.
• English communication mandatory; Arabic and French are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of store networks, POS environments, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and in‑field support for Sephora stores across the region.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and internal IT teams.
• Set up dashboards, QoS metrics, and monitor SLAs with partners.
• Maintain store infrastructure including POS, network gear, and back‑office equipment.
• Support store openings, renovations, asset management and business continuity.
