Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Tech Ops & Support Manager in Dubai to lead overall workplace technology support for Stores and HQ across Sephora Middle East. This role involves managing service delivery, stakeholder relationships, and vendor governance to ensure high-quality IT operations.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of IT experience, with strong leadership skills and fluency in English. Multicultural experience and fluency in Arabic or French are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in managing IT operations and support, including 5 years in Retail/multi-site operations.
• Experience in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record leading workplace technology end-user services in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall end-user computing and workplace technology support for Stores and HQ.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and establish governance routines.
• Lead and coach local IT teams and manage vendor relationships end-to-end.
