Job summary

Beside Group in Dubai is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Management Team in achieving store targets and ensuring policy compliance. You will lead the store team, monitor KPIs, and maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a similar fashion retail environment, with strong MS Office skills and a good understanding of local culture and fashion trends. This position is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with a similar brand preferred.
• Local fashion retail experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets.
• Provide exemplary customer service following policies and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Manage operational store activities and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Train store staff on products, service, and policy requirements.

Store Supervisor

The purpose of the role is to support the Management Team in achieving store targets, through effective management (of the store team) compliance with the organizational policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• :Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives
• .Provide exemplary customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships
• .Support the Management Team in managing the operational side of the store as well as managing administrative areas such as staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers, contractors etc in order to ensure the smooth running of the store
• Support the Management Team in conducting technical training needs of the store staff in order to ensure that they are fully trained on products, customer service, policy requirements etc
• .Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service

Qualification

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience within a similar brand preferred
• Local retail experience mandatory in Fashion is mandatory
• Well versed in MS Office
