GMG is seeking a Store Sales supervisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional operating standards in its Abu Dhabi stores. The role focuses on strong customer service, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand policies.

Key duties include supervising sales targets, inventory management, and cash handling while leading a team to maintain high service levels and efficient store operations within GMG’s standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 4 - 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations.

Aufgaben

• Supports in delivering the store annual sales targets.
• Maintains proper coverage and schedule to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Conducts store operations audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversees the store’s after sales processes and ensures return policy adherence.
• Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is exceptional.
• Ensures visual merchandising standards are achieved and products are displayed per policy.
• Ensures promotions and pricing align with company standards.
• Generates and analyzes sales reports and provides insights to maximize stock potential.
• Submits daily invoices and sales recap to Finance.
• Executes store operations including cash handling and记录 keeping.
