Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive sales, and develop the store team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

The Deputy for Store Managers will oversee store operations in their absence and guide staff in line with business objectives. Strong leadership and KPI focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma - High school certificate.
• Retail-related qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ industry experience.
• Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and brand CX standards.
• Drive sales and achieve KPI targets while building store performance.
• Foster relationships with Marketing, Buying and Planning teams.
• Maximize sales opportunities through clear communication with Buying and Planning.
• Ensure smooth operations in the store in the manager's absence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies to minimize stock loss and damage.
