You will supervise customer experience, ensure operational compliance, and assist in implementing promotions and brand activities. Strong leadership and retail experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certificate required.
• Retail-related qualification is an added advantage.
• 4–5 years of industry experience required.
• Strong management skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Buying and Planning teams for promotions.
• Maintain brand standards and store operations to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention measures.
