Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Al Ain to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a high-performing team and ensure tight inventory control in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of achieving KPIs. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of retail management in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with retail systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
