Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 8–10 years of retail management experience, including senior store leadership.
• Experience managing large-format stores, supermarkets, or multi-department operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Demonstrated experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall store operation and deliver sales, profit, and productivity targets.
