• Have an excellent knowledge about all operational requirements
• Ensure to achieve sales and profit targets set by the company
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the store
• Ensure all staff is following standard operating procedures
• Generate daily sales report and report it to the manager.
• Follow daily and weekly sales trends closely
• Present analysis of monthly sales report at monthly management meeting
• Communicate for the re-order of products and ensure all items are well stocked
• Ensure the long-term health and profitability of the store
• Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
• Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
• Able to oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment.
