Job summary

FashionUnited in Dubai seeks a Store Leadership Manager to drive revenue and ensure retail standards across all outlets. You will lead, train, and coach store teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand alignment.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing store performance, costs, and implementing SOPs while coordinating with regional managers for consistent brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and monitor sales and profitability metrics across units per transaction, AVT, monthly sales, square footage sales, shrinkage control, and conversion rate.
• Set store sales targets to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to improve store productivity via resource optimization.
• Manage operational costs and pursue cost reductions through automation.
• Enforce SOPs, policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines across stores.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are followed in all locations.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff on sales skills, customer service, teamwork, and brand standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular feedback and development conversations.
• Interpret store and client needs to inform operations and visual standards.
