Job summary

Rituals in Dubai seeks an experienced Shop Manager to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will deploy the brand's commercial strategy, coach assistants and sales staff, and collaborate with local HR and retail coordination to optimize store performance.

You bring 5–7 years of relevant management experience, ideally in the Middle East, plus a Bachelor's degree. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of store management experience in retail, hospitality, beauty or cosmetics.
• Experience in the Middle East with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus (Arabic, Russian, French).

Responsibilities

• Translate targets into daily actions and objectives to drive sales and KPI performance.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with productivity targets and wellbeing.
• Ensure excellent store operations through proper administration and stock management.
• Advance product knowledge and upskill team through coaching on the shop floor.
• Act as brand ambassador, follow styling guidelines and embody FOAM behaviours.
