Apparel Group is seeking a Stock Coordinator in Dubai, UAE to manage the receipt, inspection, storage, organization, and movement of merchandise within the store. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting timely replenishment from the stockroom to the sales floor, and coordinating with store management and sales teams to maintain organized and efficient inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and verify quantities physically and electronically to ensure stock information is accurate.
• Inspect incoming products and report damaged merchandise or other discrepancies to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Store and handle merchandise correctly to minimize the risk of damage.
• Classify and arrange products in the stockroom according to store procedures for quick and efficient retrieval.
• Tag newly received stock and process product returns according to instructions from senior team members.
• Assist sales staff with shelf replenishment to maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Record inventory movements, including inward and outward stock, and maintain the required reports.
• Check merchandise for missing price tags and report identified issues.
• Assist with stock take activities and inventory verification.
• Maintain awareness of store security requirements and remain vigilant during daily operations.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within stock and storage areas.

Working Requirements

The Stock Coordinator must be flexible to work extended hours during sale and festival periods. The role also requires physical fitness and the ability to lift approximately 10 kg as part of normal stock-handling activities.
