Job summary

R&B Fashion in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Stock Coordinator to manage the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, tagging, and replenishing stock while maintaining high organization and security standards.

The candidate should be comfortable with heavy lifting (around 10 kg) and flexible to extended hours during sales periods, with prior stock or logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep accurate stock records.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Previous experience in stock, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect product quality and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling to prevent damage.
• Classify and stock products in the stock room for quick availability.
• Tag newly arrived stock and return items as instructed by seniors.
• Assist sales staff in replenishing shelves to maintain product availability.
• Maintain store security awareness and housekeeping standards.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed (around 10 kg).
• Record inward/outward inventory and maintain reports.
