Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Steward to support safe storage, handling and care of chemicals while protecting colleagues and guests. You will enforce PPE usage and maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, waste bins, and exit routes in line with hotel standards.

You will liaise with Engineering for maintenance needs, uphold hygiene and energy conservation practices, and perform related duties as required to sustain high service and safety levels in a luxury

Responsabilités

• To ensure the safe storage, handling, care, and use of chemicals to protect themselves and colleagues from incorrect or dangerous usage.
• To ensure the correct use of required personal protective equipment, including gloves, boots, goggles, masks, and hats.
• To empty and clean waste bins and designated areas according to the schedule and whenever necessary.
• To ensure that exit areas are kept free of obstacles at all times.
• To ensure that all dishwashing areas and equipment are kept clean at all times and to liaise with Engineering for maintenance requirements.
• To play an active role in supporting the hotel's energy conservation and environmental policies and practices.
• To ensure that all surfaces, areas, and operating equipment within the Kitchen Department are cleaned and maintained in accordance with the hotel's hygiene standards.
• To perform any other related duties as requested.
