Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the department, establish systems, and ensure cleanliness of facilities and equipment. You will work closely with hotel colleagues to maintain par stocks and coordinate storeroom requisitions.

The role includes scheduling preventative maintenance with Engineering and upholding health, safety, and environmental policies. The successful candidate will drive energy conservation and maintain high standards across all

• Experience leading stewarding teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality.
• Familiarity with par stock management and storeroom requisitions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain stewarding department systems and methods of operation.
• Supervise all Stewarding team members, facilities, operation and costs.
• Coordinate with hotel colleagues to maintain par stocks and approve storeroom requisitions.
• Ensure cleanliness of all stewarding facilities and equipment.
• Schedule preventative maintenance work and coordinate with Engineering.
• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards, chemical handling and safety materials.
• Lead energy-conservation and environmental initiatives in the hotel.
