Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is hiring a Steward to uphold hygiene and cleanliness across stewarding areas in a luxury hotel setting in Dubai. You will handle cleaning of surfaces, waste management, and alignment with safety equipment usage as part of daily duties.

The role emphasizes adherence to energy-saving policies, safe chemical handling, and cooperating with engineering for maintenance to support exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all surfaces, areas and operating equipment of the hotel under the control of Stewarding are cleaned to maintain hygiene standards.
• To empty and clean waste bins and areas according to schedule.
• To ensure exit areas are kept free of obstacles at all times.
• To ensure all dishwashing areas and equipment are kept clean and to liaise with engineering for maintenance.
• To adopt energy-conservation and environmental policies of the hotel.
