Qualifications

• Experience in a stewarding supervisory or team leader role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for cleanliness and operational standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of stewards, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation across kitchens and F&B areas.
• Oversee cleaning and storage of equipment, manage stewarding schedules and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
