About the Role

As a Stewarding Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the stewarding department. You will lead and motivate a team of stewards, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across kitchens and food & beverage areas. You will oversee the cleaning and storage of equipment, manage stewarding schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Working closely with the culinary and restaurant teams, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests through a well-organized and efficient back-of-house operation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a stewarding supervisory or team leader role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.
