One&Only Resorts is seeking a seasoned Guest Experience Manager for One Za’abeel in Dubai. You will lead the Host Department, coordinating Guest Relations Managers, Hosts, Lobby Hosts, and the Connectivity Center to deliver a seamless, personalized guest journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a guest relations management role in luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Host Department and manage Guest Relations Managers and team
• Ensure personalized, elevated guest experiences across touchpoints
