Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain high hygiene standards
• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure their proper functioning
• Collect and remove trash and recycling materials from designated areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, reporting shortages as needed
• Assist kitchen and service staff with setup and breakdown of buffets or banquets
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation policies, including proper chemical handling
• Sort, stack, and deliver clean dishes to appropriate storage areas
• Handle all equipment carefully to prevent breakage or damage
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks, such as oven cleaning and grease trap maintenance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a clean work environment
